As an attendee — the programme, a personal plan and networking; as an organizer — the programme, the form and applications. On a prepared example, no sign-up needed.
How it works
01
Build the event page from ready-made blocks and decide who gets in: anyone who wants to, by application, or by invitation only.
02
Lay the talks out by room and time, add the speakers, then invite people by email or simply send them the link.
03
Check people in at the desk and post announcements, and once it's over, see how many came, which talks they picked and how many meetings they set up.
For attendees
An attendee opens the event from a link, marks the talks they want in their plan and arranges meetings with the people they'd like to talk to. No password: they sign in with the link from the email.
This is how an organizer builds the programme and attendees arrange meetings.
Talks are laid out by time and by room. The longer a talk, the taller its card — which makes gaps in the programme and clashes easy to spot.
One attendee proposes a meeting; the other accepts or picks another time. Once both agree, the meeting appears in their personal schedules.
You can use EasyConfer for free with no time limit. If your event outgrows these limits, we can raise them — also for free.
Programme, rooms, speakers, the event page, registration, tickets and networking are all included. Once the event is over, move it to the archive and you can create the next one.
Planning more than 50 attendees? Tell us about your event through the help form. We can raise the limits for free if our resources allow.
Higher limits are not for sale. Donations do not affect the decision.
Request higher limitsIf EasyConfer helps you, support its development with a voluntary transfer. The service works just the same without it.
Supporting the project does not affect VIP, limits or any available feature.
How to support the projectWhat people usually ask before their first event.
No. They fill in the form on the event page and get a sign-in link by email. There's no password to invent: they can come back with the same link or ask for a new one on the sign-in page.
Right after registering, a sign-in link. If the organizer reviews applications, first an email saying the application arrived, then their decision. After that, the organizer's announcements and a short reminder when a meeting reply or a message is waiting on the site and they haven't opened it. Announcements can be unsubscribed from with the link in the email.
The directory shows the name and the form fields the organizer has opened. Email and phone are the person's own choice — shown to people they've connected with or to everyone in the directory — and they can leave the directory altogether. The whole form is seen only by the event's organizer.
Any of your events counts as active until it's archived: a draft, one that's running or one that's already over. Move a past event to the archive and you can create the next one. Attendees are confirmed registrations; pending applications, the waiting list, cancellations, speakers and your own team don't count towards the limit.
No. Build your event page in the browser using ready-made blocks, then share the link with attendees, for example through a messaging app.
EasyConfer helps you run in-person events: build the programme, register attendees, issue tickets and arrange meetings. Video streaming is not available.
